Every tax figure these tools use (rates, thresholds, caps, due dates and penalties) is stored in one data file. Each figure carries its official source link and the date it was last checked. The calculators read from that file, so they never rely on a number typed into the code. The worked examples on each page come from running the same code.

Are my answers stored?

No. The calculations run in your browser. Your answers are only sent to us if you choose to have your results emailed to you.
